These terms describe your use of Monymo: Work Hours Tracker ("Monymo" or the "App"), provided by Anton Zakharchenko. The App's software license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement and do not replace Apple's purchase terms or any mandatory consumer rights.

Using Monymo

Monymo helps you track work sessions and calculate earnings from recorded time, rates and currencies. You are responsible for reviewing your entries, rates, dates, currencies and exported reports. Calculated earnings do not confirm that a client or employer has paid you. Monymo is not a payroll, tax filing or professional advisory service.

Monymo Pro subscriptions

Monymo Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer are shown in the App and Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Any trial or introductory offer follows the terms displayed when you subscribe.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple. Adding Lifetime to Monymo does not change existing subscribers' billing periods or automatically migrate or cancel their subscriptions.

Monymo Pro Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all Monymo Pro features without an expiration date. It does not renew and does not require additional subscription payments for Monymo Pro. It can be restored using the Apple Account that purchased it. A refund or revocation of the purchase can remove its entitlement.

Lifetime does not remove technical requirements for individual features: for example, iCloud sync requires an available iCloud account, and Monymo AI requires supported hardware, software and language. Lifetime is not a guarantee that Apple will support every device or operating system indefinitely.

Prices, offers, restoration and refunds

The localized price and applicable purchase terms are shown before confirmation. Limited-time offers apply only during their stated dates and in eligible storefronts. A later price change does not create a recurring charge for a Lifetime purchase. Use Restore Purchases on the Monymo Pro screen to recover eligible access.

Apple processes payments and refund requests. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem service. Eligibility is determined under Apple's applicable terms and consumer law. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Monymo AI

Monymo AI uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models system model to help interpret questions about recorded work, present summaries and prepare new manual session drafts. It requires iOS 26 or later, an Apple Intelligence-compatible device, Apple Intelligence enabled, a ready system model and a supported language. Availability may vary with Apple's system support. Access to Pro-only features and records remains subject to your Pro entitlement.

AI may misunderstand a request or produce inaccurate wording. Review answers against the linked source records and review all draft fields before saving. The App calculates displayed amounts and durations from records; a draft is saved only when you explicitly review it and tap Save. The model cannot independently save drafts or change existing records.

Monymo AI is intended for work tracking. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, medical or employment advice. Its output should not be treated as professional advice or proof of payment.

Your data and privacy

You retain your rights to the information you enter. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional iCloud sync, advertising, purchases and on-device AI processing. Chat is temporary and is not a permanent record. Export any work records you need to keep, and review the settings and availability of any sync or sharing services you choose.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the App or applicable requirements and will update the date above. Updates do not retroactively turn an existing Lifetime purchase into a recurring subscription or remove your mandatory consumer rights.
