These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Monymo: Income Tracker mobile application ("Monymo", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Anton Zakharchenko.

By downloading or using Monymo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Monymo is a productivity and income tracking application designed to help users track work sessions, earnings, reminders, and related productivity statistics.

You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Monymo offers optional paid subscriptions ("Monymo Pro") through Apple's App Store using StoreKit.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings on your device.

Payments, billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple. We do not store your payment card information.

Free Features and Advertising

Free users may see advertisements inside the App. Monymo Pro removes advertising and unlocks premium features, including iCloud sync, unlimited projects, reminders, analytics, export features, and additional customization options.

iCloud and Local Storage

Monymo is designed as a local-first application. Most data is stored directly on your device.

If you enable iCloud sync, supported app data is stored and synced through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services associated with your Apple ID.

We do not operate a custom account system or cloud storage service for your session history and project data.

PDF Export

Monymo may allow you to generate PDF reports from your data. Exported files are created on your device and shared only when you choose to export or share them using iOS system features.

Intellectual Property

Monymo, including its design, branding, graphics, interface, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the App except as permitted by law.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer

Monymo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-related damages resulting from your use of the App.

Privacy

Your use of Monymo is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Monymo after updates means you acknowledge the updated Terms.
